YOGA FOR OLDER PEOPLE
Many people struggle as they get older with chronic pain, lack of flexibility and difficulty moving about and doing the things they used to do when they were younger.
Often as we get older we become a bit more isolated and spend a lot more time at home.
One new service I offer is home visits where we do a session of Yoga/Pilates to increase flexibility and mobility, and also an optional walk outside where a nice chat, fresh air and lovely company can do the world of good for those feeling more isolated.
This exercise regime includes the use of Anti-rheumatic exercise and chair yoga so there is no need to worry about your capabilities. You will feel rejuvenated, relaxed and happy.
