I am a fully qualified Level 3 Yoga teacher and can offer a variety of different services including beginner to advanced, chair yoga, pre and post natal yoga and meditation. I have my own style and approach to all training including yoga.
I have clients that are both male and female, in 1-to-1 sessions and in small groups.
